A couple days ago we went to a jazz class. The teacher asked if she could talk to us after class, and when we did, she said she had an American studio that she wanted me and Corinne to be a part of. All of her older students were gone and she needed some students to be in the older level in her performance at the end of the year. We told her we wouldn't be in England permanently but would probably be here for at least a year. And she said "PERFECT!" What a surprise! We were really excited.
And yesterday, I went to an elementary tap class. It was very boring and I probably won't ever go to the class ever again. Mom went and checked the levels and it turned out i was going to a level 3 class out of 4. WASTE OF TIME. I realized I didn't lose as much tapping skills over the past year as I thought I had.
The other day we went to The Natural portrait museum before going to The Blood Brothers. (a musical that I would not advise you to go see. ) We were only there for an hour though, because dad was so worried about eating dinner AND getting to the musical on time. We found a Chipotle!! Ate it two days in a row. Turns out i actually miss mexican food... who would have thought? In the end we actually didn't have to leave the museum THAT early, because we ate dinner and still had thirty minutes to spare before we were even able to go into the theatre. So, the next day, we went to the museum again and still didn't see everything we want to see. Guess we'll have to go back... AGAIN. and maybe go to chipotle while we're there.
But the best part of this week?? WE GOT A PIANO! And it has this special feature that allows you to plug in earphones and listen to yourself play without your mom screaming the right notes at you from the kitchen. And then dad doesn't get mad at you while he's working. AWESOME.
Mom likes to play with this small part of her hair. Don't know why. Just one of those habits. And today Corinne made a comment about how mom just LOVES that one piece of hair. And mom says "NO I DON'T. IF I LOVED IT I WOULD MARRY IT! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA"
